How can I pay?

You can choose between several payment methods with us.
We offer:

Can I also use a payment plan?

Where can I see my invoice?

You will receive the link to your invoice in your order confirmation email. If you no longer have the email, you can also contact us at any time using the contact form .

Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take for my ordered products to be shipped?

We will process your order as quickly as possible. You will usually receive your package within 2-4 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We optimize shipping costs for you based on the size and weight of your shipment. Shipping costs within Germany are generally €5.89, and to all other EU countries from €14.49.

We also offer free shipping on orders over €50.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. This allows you to track your shipment and see when your products will arrive.

My order arrived damaged. What can I do?

In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, please take photos of the affected product and send them directly to us by email .

We will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return Gustl products?

Yes, you can return unopened Gustl products. We understand that needs can change or that sometimes it's necessary to cancel an order. Unopened products can be returned within a reasonable period of 14 days. Please note, however, that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned products, we will issue a refund.

Can I return Gustl products that have already been opened?

Unfortunately, for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened Gustl products. Since our products are classified as hygiene products, it is important to us to guarantee the highest standards for the health and safety of our customers and their beloved pets. We ask for your understanding that opened products cannot be returned.

However, should a product have defects despite our strict quality control, we are happy to replace it as quickly as possible. Please contact us in such a case so that we can find a solution to ensure that you and your dog are satisfied with our products.

Miscellaneous

How can I buy gift vouchers?

Simply select the gift voucher and your desired amount from our product list, add the voucher to your shopping cart, and follow the instructions at checkout. This way, your loved ones can choose their own products.

All our vouchers are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.
